We are all familiar with plastic containers made to store leftovers. The problem with these is that the lids don’t always close well, and like anything plastic, they can get really greasy. Jars made of glass that have a lid that clamps shut are a great alternative. They apparently help keep food fresh for a longer period of time, they prevent spillage, and they should last longer than the plastic alternative.
